Our service is full
time marine surveying. We have no other association or interests with
the marine industry, such as shipyards, insurance agency(s), ship
brokers that would be a conflict of interest or appear to be a conflict
of interest. Surveys are made without prejudice, to indicate clients
are not obligated to accept recommendations described in the survey
report. |

and every survey unique and special, requiring our unwavering course
of concentration, thoroughness and attention to detail. We are intense
in learning everything we can about the vessel, those areas that have
been maintained, those areas requiring maintenance and of course those
areas that are structurally deficient and/or lack necessary equipment. |

| Our reports are
the narrative type report and include such topics as: Scope of Survey,
Blocking of Vessel, Description of vessel, and General Arrangement
of the interior. |

| Under the subheading
"Conditions Found" we discuss in detail our findings relevant to the
hull topsides, deck, hull bottom (including apertures), steering system,
machinery, electrical system, bilge pumping capability, lifesaving
equipment, electronics, fuel system to name a few. |

| Our list of "recommendations"
provides great insight for our clients consideration and may serve
as a "worklist" subsequent to our survey. Reports include our opinion
as to fair market value and replacement value and close with a set
of color photographs |

competitive with industry standards. Conscious of a client attempting
to complete a picture of a case, we make every effort to deliver reports
soonest after our survey. |
