(3) If the safety belt has no fixed hanging place, appropriate strength of steel wire rope or other methods should be used. Do not hang the safety belt on moving or pointed or unsecured objects.
(4) high hanging low use. When the safety belt is hung up high, the person working below is called high hanging and low use. This is a relatively safe and reasonable method of scientific qualification. It can reduce the actual impact distance when a fall occurs. The opposite is to hang low and use high. It's when the seat belt is hanging low and the person is working on it. Therefore, the safety belt must be high hanging and low use, to prevent low hanging and high use.
(5) The safety belt should be tied to a strong component or object, to prevent swing or collision, the rope can not be knotted, the hook should be hung on the connecting ring.
(6) The protective sleeve of the safety belt rope should be kept intact to prevent the rope from being worn. If the protective cover is damaged or fallen off, a new cover must be added before use.
(7) It is strictly prohibited to use the safety belt without authorization. If a rope of 3M or more is used, a buffer must be added. Do not remove any parts.
(8) Check whether all parts of the safety belt are intact before use. After using the safety belt, pay attention to maintenance and storage. Always check the sewn part and hook part of the safety belt, and check the twist line carefully for breakage and damage.
(9) The safety belt should be properly kept when not in use. It should not touch high temperature, open flame, strong acid, strong alkali or sharp objects. It should not be stored in a damp warehouse for safekeeping.
(10) The safety belt should be sampled once after two years of use, and the appearance inspection should be carried out frequently after frequent use. If any abnormality is found, the safety belt must be replaced immediately. Seat belts that have been used in regular or sample tests shall not be used again.
